"HELP model"
I am interested in finding out if anyone has knowledge of the EPA Hydrologic Evaluation of Landfill Performance (HELP) model being used to model a natural system rather than an engineered system such as a landfill. Also, if so, was the model submitted to a regulatory agency for review? Thank you.
