"Minority recruiting for hydrologist position"
I have a vacant hydrologist position that I need to fill. Since I work for a state agency I am required to attempt to recruit for minorities and women. Any thoughts on how to address? Are there any minority or woman-based organizations that deal specifically with hydrology or water resources? Thanks for your time. KM
