"urban water systems and modern warfare"
As part of my Msc. Research Project on urban water systems and modern warfare i am conducting a desk case study in co-operation with a NGO that currently conducts water rehabilitation projects in iraq. I am very interested in problems that NGO's face when dealing with these systems (lack of maintenance, chemicals, safety personnel, co-operation military etc..). As part of this research i am trying to collect water quality data for the city Al QAIM in iraq. Please let me know if you can help me out. I am also interested in peoples opinions on the recent stance of the US military in which they have carved a niche for themselves in the direct delivery of humanitarian aid.
