"water resources engineering"
BS & MS in civil engineering with water resources emphasis. about 15 years experience in regulatory with some new design and some rehabilitation design experience. Farm background so am used to repairing things with duct tape and baling wire. Have been overseas and reviewed some UMCOR water projects in an islamic country in early 2001. Interesting what can be accomplished with extremely limited resources. contact lholliday@kda.state.ks.us
