"Sales Manager needed"
Development and implementation of a strategic sales plan for the team · Assist in the development of the stratejic business unit planning · Management of the revenue generation for the business unit team including the use of reporting tools and interactions with the team manager · Management of the business unit sales team · Provide market feedback to product managers on the business unit team · Develop and manager a market budget for the business until team · Other duties may arise from time to time consistent with a sales team member The best fit (if the person does not have Hydrology etc) is a good strategic sales manger that is comfortable in the technical arena (i.e. Software or Hardware sales: PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle etc) but I am most interested in someone strong in relationship sales not necessarily technical sales. Someone with the ability to take hard products and sell soft solutions. Travel required Perm job : salary commission benefits Salary based on experience
