I worked for brief period with Sierra Atlantic, Hyderabad, a multinational company dealing with world famous software's sales and distribution. I was working as Technical Support Engineer.
I have done M.Tech (Remote Sensing and GIS application Water Resources) from Indian Institute of Remote Sensing, Dehradun. My M.Tech dissertation is related to Hydrological Modeling of Beas River Basin: A remote Sensing and GIS approach. I have used IRS 1C/1D WiFS, 1A/1B LISS-II, and IC LISS-III and NOAA-14 AVHRR data for my project work. I am working on ERDAS for image Processing and ARC GIS for analysis, for NOAA-AVHRR I am using ILWIS software. I have scored A (>75%) in first and second semester combined. Third semester being submission of Dissertation.
Prior to main project, we had pilot project where my topic was related to Snowmelt Runoff Model using IRS 1C / 1D WiFS data. I had used ERDAS and ARC VIEW for image processing and analysis.
I have also done distance education course P.G.Diploma in Environmental Law from National Law school of India University, Bangalore while working Project Assistant in Centre for Ecological Sciences, Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.
My graduation is in the field of Environmental Engineering from Kolhapur Institute of Technology, Kolhapur. During the training period I have dealt with project related to Performance Evaluation of Common Effluent Treatment Plant.
