ASSISTANT PROFESSOR – HYDROLOGY
University of Florida, Tropical Research & Education Center, Homestead, FL. This 12-month tenure-track position involves 60% research and 40% Extension in the area of surface and groundwater hydrology emphasizing the southern Everglades. A Ph.D. in Soil Science, Hydrology, Agricultural Engineering, or closely related discipline is required. A strong understanding of basic hydrologic and transport processes and knowledge of irrigation, drainage, and water management systems is necessary.
