"can anybody help?"
Hello,
I am working on a mercury pollution project which has a groundwater modelling component. Our partners the groundwater modellers are in Kazakhstan and don't have access to all the information they need. They have asked me to find them the following parameters for simulation of mercury transport in groundwater:

- bulk density
- Rate constant, dissolved phase
- Rate constant, sorbed phase
- distribution coefficient (Kd)
- Freundlich equilibrium constant (Kf)
- Langmuir equilibrium constant (Kl)
- Freundlich exponent (a)
- Total concentration of the sorption sites available (S)
- first-order mass transfer rate between the dissolved and sorbed phases

for the different types of soil (sand, sandy loam, loam, clay).

However, without having a background in hydrology I am finding it very difficult to locate this information! Is there anybody out there who knows these parameters or who can at least tell me where I can find this information? Any help would be hugely appreciated!

Many thanks,
Susanne
