"Hydrograph separation program why not available"
Do you know why HYSEP is not available from USGS website? because of any problems? if you have a copy, can you send one to me including documents? I am looking for a computer program that automate hydrograph separation, any feedback would be appreciated. yhcity@hotmail.com
